Returns and Exchanges

At FarmBot, we stand by the quality of our agricultural electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your FarmBot account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Electronics

  Carefully place the device in its original packaging including all cables, sensors, and manuals to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
